You’ve outgrown the story
your brand is still telling.
The value you bring is deeper than the story people currently know.
At Intooit, I help you clarify what you want to be known for next and translate that into a sharper, more truthful expression of your work.
Success can become its own kind of limitation
You've built something that works. Clients seek you out. Your name carries weight. You’re known for something specific, and you’ve earned that.
And yet the clarity that made you known can start to work against you. You've changed, but what people expect from you hasn't.
Maybe the ceiling isn't you. It's how your brand still describes you.
Maybe what excites you now is not what people hire you for.
The work still comes, but it points backward to a problem you've already solved a hundred times before. This isn't a visibility problem.
It's a misalignment between who you are now, what your work has become, and what people still understand you to do.
More content won't fix it.
A louder message won't either.
What's needed is a sharper signal: a clearer articulation of what you want to be known for next, expressed in a form that lets you bring your full genius. One that feels aligned, lets you breathe, and grows with you.
The translation layer
between inner clarity and external expression.
Most rebrands start with what people will see: a new logo, sharper copy, a refreshed site. At Intooit, the work happens from the inside out, from what the brand is actually trying to say.
We go as far as you’re ready to go. Sometimes, naming the essence of your brand is enough to unlock movement. Sometimes, that clarity needs to be shaped into strategy, language, visuals, and a fuller expression that can carry the work forward.
-

Essence
Name the signal
A focused deep dive to uncover the energetic core of the brand, the deeper truth beneath the work, translated into archetype, language, and direction you can build from.
-

Form
Shape the business around it
The strategic layer where Essence becomes structure, clarifying your positioning, offer, audience, and message so the brand has a clear form to grow through.
-

Pulse
Bring it to life
The expressive layer where strategy becomes visible, anchoring the brand in a starter identity so it can start showing up with coherence, confidence, and presence.

For founders in transition
This is for you if:
This is for founders whose work is already alive in the world, but no longer fully reflected in the way their brand speaks, looks or positions itself. You may have clients, experience, reputation and a body of work behind you, but the current expression feels too narrow, too vague, or too attached to an older version of what you do. This is for the moment when your brand needs to catch up with the depth, clarity and direction of the work itself.
This is not for you if:
This is not for businesses looking for a quick cosmetic refresh, a louder marketing angle, or a brand built around trends. It is also not for those who want to be handed a generic positioning formula without doing the deeper work of articulation. If you are looking for surface polish without questioning what the brand is really here to express, this process will likely feel too considered, too specific and too personal.
A brand isn't invented.
It's recognized and articulated.
Selected portraits
The essence that emerged for recent clients. Each one named, made visual through their archetype, and where shared, captured in their own words.
Thinking
What to know before reaching out
-
It starts with a deep-dive conversation. No homework, nothing to prepare. I lead the session with structure and intuition, listening for what's underneath the surface: the patterns, the contradictions, the thing you keep circling but haven't named. Then I distill what came up into your Essence: a felt description of who you are, paired with a visual anchor in the form of your archetype, so you can feel and embody it. The articulation becomes the foundation everything else builds on.
-
A rebrand starts with the surface: logo, palette, site, copy. This starts underneath, with what the brand is actually trying to say. When the signal underneath is clear, the visual layer gets easier and sharper. Pulse is where strategy meets a starter identity, with design partners. If you came in looking for a logo, you probably need this first.
-
A fair worry, and a common one. Most strategy work does flatten. The premise here is the opposite: clarity comes from naming what's already true, not from picking a tidy framework and squeezing you into it. Your range and depth are the inputs, not problems to simplify away.
-
No. That's often what we name in the first session. What you do need is something real to work with - clients, an audience, a body of work, a method, a point of view. The work is translation, not invention. You bring the material; we name what's actually there.
-
Usually the right time. Most clients arrive mid-evolution, past the rupture, before the next shape has fully landed. The work isn't to freeze you. It's to articulate what's emerging clearly enough that you can move on it. The language and direction we build are meant to hold the next chapter, not just this one.
-
Coaching and therapy work on you. This works on how you're translated into the world: language, positioning, offers, expression. They can be complementary, but this is the bridge between inner clarity and external form. If you've already done the inner work and are ready to make it legible, you're in the right place.
