Hi! I’m Ana

The human behind Intooit. Let me tell you a bit about who I am, and how I can help you.

About

Throughout my 15+ years of professional life, I straddled two rather distinct career paths: Marketing & Graphic Design on one side and Human Resources & Org Development on the other, with a Masters degree in Sociology in between. I’ve worked in corporations and NGOs, I've been an employee, freelancer, and now founder of Intooit.

A broad but clear effort to answer the question What moves us as a group? What is it really all about? And its spin-offs: What drives your customers or employees, and What is that special frequency on which you can resonate with them? It can get hairy, but I'm here to help you make sense of it all.

FAQs

My Approach

My work is a blend of intuition and strategy — part branding, part soul-searching. I help you uncover the story you’re meant to tell, the people you’re meant to serve, and the path that feels most aligned for you.

No formulas. No faking it. Just real clarity, deep resonance, and a roadmap to grow your business in a way that feels true.

Who I Work With

I work 1:1 with independent and creative founders — the ones who feel the call to do something different, something that aligns with their deeper truth. Many of my clients are at a turning point: launching something new, shifting direction, or finally giving their idea the space it deserves.

They’re often the ones who’ve tried doing it “the right way,” only to find it doesn’t fit.
Now they’re ready to do it their way — with meaning, vision, and integrity. If that’s you, welcome.

For Bigger Brand Projects

While I focus on 1:1 work through Intooit, I also collaborate with design agency Strano & Pettigrew on larger-scale brand transformations. Together, we work with companies ready to align their brand and culture from the inside out — often in moments of growth, transition, or reinvention.

How I Got Here

I’m originally from Romania, but I’ve spent my life moving through cultures — Jordan, Germany, Amsterdam, Bali, Mexico. I’ve always been drawn to how people live, think, connect. I studied Sociology and Marketing, and spent 15+ years working in HR and strategy, helping leaders grow strong, soulful teams. I was always the one behind the scenes, spotting what wasn’t working and gently guiding people toward what felt right.

Eventually, I realized I wanted to do the same for people like you.
People ready to manifest their idea into the world — but not sure how to begin, or how to move through the stuckness.

So I created Intooit — a space to support that transformation.

The Design Thinking approach.

Traditionally, design is seen as the last step in the process: the shiny wrapper that will make your product or service look pretty and appeal to clients. A rather shallow approach to your client relationships, if you ask me.

By taking a Design Thinking approach, we start with the customer in mind, understanding their needs and wants to ensure we create a product or service that resonates, changing the focus from what you can do to what you can do for them.

The Double Diamond of Design Thinking

This visual representation shows how Design Thinking works when applied to Branding Strategy. The double diamond is a simple way to show the different stages of the process. Starting with an expansive approach, we cast a wide net of potential solutions, and then we narrow down to the best possible one. This process is then repeated again when we define your visual direction.

What next?

You have a pretty good idea of where you want to take your business. It feels that you’re so close but somehow the next steps are blurry. Or maybe you’ve been at it for a while, but you feel that you need to level up, and after so many tweaks, it’s time to take a look at the fundamentals.
