As someone who's been a digital marketing consultant for 10 years I believe in nothing but cold hard data, conversion rates and results. Branding therefore is very "fluffy" and ethereal.
And then... I learned the hard way how much you need the ethereal stuff in order to make the cold hard data happen.

Giulia is a successful independent consultant, helping traditional businesses to establish an online presence.
After a period of recent expansion, she realised that in order to reach the next level she needs to first clarify her own brand and messaging. A clear case of a consultant needing a consultant.
We worked together in defining her brand strategy, which resulted in a new visual identity, and a revised offer for her main customer groups.

The nature of her hybrid work and flexible approach made it difficult for her to clarify her unique selling point. This was combined with a reluctance to narrow her audience and focus on a specific industry or niche.

The brand strategy session surfaced her unique value proposition which laid exactly at the intersection of her three areas of expertise, defining her position on the market.
Analyzing her current and ideal clients we identified two groups with particular needs and communication styles.

This newfound clarity lead on the target audience led to a new offer structure that speaks directly to the target audience, embedding a customer-centric approach in her communications and business.
